Snow rests on bushes near my quiet space but I write with ungloved hands.
Weather forecasters said it would snow this weekend. I shoveled tonight.
Western Nebraska, looking south, with temperature in the teens and near-zero wind chill. I appreciate landscapes like this one where land and sky create a horizon that seems to stretch on forever. And the sun, despite the freezing temps, reminds one of its presence.
